I currently reside in Truckee, California working as a ceramic artist and art instructor at Sierra College in Truckee, Ca. I was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California where I lived until I graduated from high school. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology at Humboldt State University Arcata, California in 1995. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cal State University of Long Beach in 2004 and my Master of Fine Arts from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN in 2008.  Two of my greatest passions in life are experimenting in the ceramic studio and exploring the local mountains of Tahoe with my dog Willow.
